Shipping and Handling:

Most orders are shipped via ground and must be shipped to a street address. At this time we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Amore Fashion uses a real-time UPS API to determine shipping costs. This information is provided as a courtesy of UPS Online and is calculated based on your proximity to area code 92677. Therefore, the estimates on the site provide you our closest estimate to actual shipping, but may not represent exact pricing. You will be notified of any change in shipping costs for your order.

Hassle Free Return Policy:

Thank you for shopping with Amore Fashions. We hope you are delighted with your Amore purchase. If for some reason it did not meet your expectations, we will gladly accept exchanges (if available) or a store credit on any unworn merchandise with tags still attached and accompanied with your original invoice. Amore Fashions can only accept exchanges or a store credit on items purchased on Amorefashion.com. If you are making an exchange Amore Fashions cannot waive the shipping charges for exchanged merchandise and your original shipping charges are not refundable. All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. No exchanges will be accepted after 14 days.

Email Amore Fashions at steve@amorefashion.com indicating the reason for the exchange. Amore will forward to you a return approval number. We reserve the right to refuse the exchange on any returned items deemed unsuitable for resale.

If you’ve ordered a designer platinum engagement ring with us then you will need to fill a form out to explain the reasons for your return.

Returning by Mail: Please follow the instruction below.

  1. Return merchandise within 14 days from date of receipt for an exchange (if available) or store credit. Merchandise must be unworn with the tickets intact and accompanied by your original receipt or invoice.
  2. Securely pack and seal your return and include the original invoice. Amore recommends returning the package and invoice by a prepaid, insured, traceable method to ensure delivery. Amore does not assume responsibility for packages lost in the mail. We do not accept COD deliveries.
